What was your most favorite toy?
I was a child of the 80's, so many fun toys back then but I mostly played with He-Man and She-Ra action figures

Womens' *kitten* Size Study
Woman's *kitten* size study: There is a new study about women and how they feel about their *kitten*, the results were pretty interesting. 30% of women think their *kitten* is too fat, 10% of women think their *kitten* is too skinny, the remaining 60% say they don't care, they love him, he is a good man, and wouldn't trade…

Someone noticed!
I was at church and someone came up behind me and asked "Where are you going?" I wasn't sure how to answer and then she said "Because you are totally shrinking, you look so skinny!" She wanted to know what my secret was so I told her about MFP. She knew me back from my highest non-preg weight which was 185-ish. Now, I'm…

Any ideas for low carb and low protein?
My issue is that I'm consistently going over on my protein. I average about 20 to 30 g per meal so I'm getting plenty. However, I'm having difficulty meeting calorie requirements some days. I'm also trying to stay around 120 (or less) carbs per day. MFP allows 165 carbs per day but I notice that I tend to lose weight when…

I added in the exercise calculations just to see and my caloric needs went up as the exercise values were…

I take them as recommended and rarely forget, in part because the sweetness is the incentive. However, I entered them into my journal for the first time and discovered…

the scale hasn't been moving much but....
I went shopping today and was able to purchase size 6 jeans! (ok, so they were "relaxed fit" size 6, but still...I'll take it!) I never thought I would see that size again after having children. My highest jean size was 12-14. They fit comfortably but not tight. I still have a way to go to meet my goal but this was a nice…

Favorite low carb snacks
After an initial 10lb weight loss, I am stuck on a plateau and can not get past 155lbs. I would like to lose another 25-30lbs. I do P90X daily and stay around 1200 calories. For the past month, I have stepped off the scale each time in despair. However, in going through my food diary, I noticed I was going way over on…
