Pumpkin Cheesecake Milkshake
Found this on the Fitness Gals facebook page. I know its a little early for pumpkin but I am really looking forward to cooler Fall weather (and pumpkins)
I can't wait to try this.
Ingredients:
■1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate
■1/4 cup pureed pumpkin
■1 oz fat-free cream cheese
■1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
■4-6 ice cubes
■stevia to taste
■1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
■1/4 tsp (or less) xanthum gum
■water to get desired consistency
■Torani or Da Vinci sugar-free pumpkin pie syrup (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. If using pumpkin pie spice, adjust stevia to get the sweetness you want. If using one of the syrups, you can omit the stevia and/or the pumpkin pie spice. It's purely up to you. Blend, and add a little water if needed to get the thickness you like.

Yum! This sounds great! Chocolate and pumpkin together - I would have never suggested that...0

I think I would sub Pure Protein vanilla creme powder to get a vanilla flavor. Other than that, yum!0
