I love grits but I have avoided them because of the butter and salt. You could try substituting sugar with Truvia which has 0 calories. You could also try one of the very low calorie butter spritzers. I sweeten oatmeal with Truvia as well. You could also add some frozen blueberries, maybe some cinnamon.....

At my heaviest of 185 I think I was 40 DD. I've lost 50 pounds since and now weigh 135. My band size has shrunk a few inches as I now wear a 34/36 DD.

As Tony Horton would say, "Do your best, and forget the rest." Don't be discouraged, just do what you can . It will all fall into place soon enough and you will be doing much more than you originally expected
