i went to the doctor. I knew my lifestyle was unhealthy, but didnt realize how bad until i got the actual numbers and such. That motivates me to get healthy. So if you havent been to the doctor,i would go.

I have zumba fitness total body workout set. It has like 5 or 6 disks. I love it! Escpeially the Cardio Disk. Really gets me sweating. My boyfriend even uses it.

Last night i was craving a blueberry muffin. So i made a package that made six. i only intended to eat the 1. But after i knew it i had eaten all 6. I felt so bad afterwards. I used the first recipe. (all recipes) I would next time use a smidge less olive oil or use more kale. It was a tad bit oily for me. Although only 1 cup was around 58 calories. Yipee!!!! Also the boyfriend loved them, another plus!

Im so in! My birthday is the 22nd. Great way to loose some pounds for the big day. I will be celebrating the big 25! I have plans to start my 401k then, so why not be getting fit and have a whole new me!

For the cravings, don't FIGHT them...just don't over-do. So for me (my week this week. Oh joy.) I had a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and a couple tablespoons of dark chocolate chips last night for my dessert...(most of the time it's one of each, but I had the calories to spare and...well i was PMSing)...so still…

dont weigh everyday. I did that for about two weeks, before starting mfp. I didnt go up and didnt go down. Just work your very best for like 2-3 days. Lots of water and then get on. And see if u lost any. This helped me.

get on a different scale. or just move the one you have to a differant place in house. if u need to see a lower number than that helps me somethimes.... But if you really shouldn't go by a scale.. (i am talking to my self as well). If u like what u see in the mirror, feel healther that is all that matters.

I second the ziploc bags. Diffently helps with portion control... Also yogart and quackers rice cakes...(they allow you to eat alot more than 2 for recommend calories. ha)
