My drink of choice was always Vodka and Tonic, until someone informed me that tonic is NOT calorie-free! So I switched to Vodka and soda water. Still good!

So far this week i've been pretty lame on the challenges. I did however walk on the treadmill for awhile tonight. I would never do that before because it seems like such a waste when I could burn so much more on the elliptical! But I was able to read my book during, so it was nice. I'm glad you're here, too! I can definitely relate to weight-gain because of emotional baggage :-/ The bright side is that you're HERE and this is an AMAZING website! I know you can do it! How many calories you eat - How much you exercise = Net Calories. Your net calories should ALWAYS be AT LEAST 1,200. The fact that your numbers are so low mean that you are not eating anywhere near enough, or you're working out too much. You said you only ate 233 calories one day??
