I got mine for about $10 including free shipping on amazon.com! Seriously, get a scale, then weigh out the oz or g of carrots into little baggies for the entire week. Plus all your other snacks. I also re-use my baggies, so they aren't wasted.

Thanks! Wow, I have a lot to learn. I barely even understand most of the references in the responses here. I think I'm going to start with a Body Pump class first! LOL. Then maybe request a tour of the gym.

This thread is going in soooo many different directions - pizza recipes, borscht gifs, who's a Southerner? and now.... Cauliflower hating! Personally, I love cauliflower, roasted with a little olive oil and topped with a little parm cheese. I haven't tried the cauliflower pizza crust. Sounds yummy if you like cauliflower.

The only thing that post doesn't seem to address is how do I find out my % of LBM? I have a scale that tells me % body fat, but I've heard thos are not accurage.

I would suggest eating the entire egg. There is a lot of nutrition in the yolk,not just fat. https://www.incredibleegg.org/health-and-nutrition/egg-nutrients/nutrient-chart If you're looking to cut fat, I'd cut it out in some other area.

I really enjoy the Chicken Cantina Bowl. I'm bummed hardly anyone has named those. I hope they don't disappear from the menu! I also love the Caramel Apple Empanadas. Best Fast Food Dessert, imho. OK, maybe Domino's chocolate lava cake is close. I hardly ever go to Taco Bell anymore, since the kids drink is "fruit punch"…

If you really want a unique name that no one else has, go for traditional names. My son David is the ONLY one I've heard in his age group. I am in a mothers of multiples club with 250 members (each has 2+ kids, obviously :-)) and they are in daycare and he is the ONLY David I've heard of. I've only come across one other…

Great attitude and great introductory post! Feel free to add me if you like. I have about 70-80 to lose and have lost a bunch already. And check our my friend list - I have about 8 people on there who have lose WELL OVER 100 pounds. One is over 200 pounds down, a few down 120-150 lbs and more.

This is a great question. I'm working hard to hit my protein goals, and find there's not a lot of room for veggies. I try to squeeze in some chocolate, but with eating at a deficit, my diary is a lot of dairy and meat and not a lot of veggies. I do take a multivitamin.
