I'm so getting ready.... I'm really sore from yesterday's kettle bell workout... I don't feel like going to kickboxing... My hubby just gave me that extra push!!!! A massage... OMG!!! Just what I needed, I'm dressed and ready to go and it doesn't start till 7:30pm LOL Have a lovely evening everyone :-)

Thank you all for you input and suggestions... that makes sense that it will come off where it wants. I'll just be careful with the processed foods and sugar etc and keep exercising (kickboxing, zumba and ketllebell for strength training) eventually it will come off.

Thanks you guys... Yes I feel so much better and plan to continue on until I reach my goal. I plan to start with the progress picts, I only wish I had done that from the start. Oh well, better late than never :-) I wish you all continued success as well.
