Everyone is different. I have to stay around 1000-1200 per day to see a loss. Don't sweat it... as long as you feel good and you're seeing results do what you need to do.

I love Click. They have coffee flavors... Vanilla latte, caramel and mocha. mocha is my favorite. Shaken or blended with almond or skim milk.

I LOVE brussel sprouts. I steam them until soft (I don't like them hard or crunchy). Then in a saute pan I add a little EVOO, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder. I saute them until browned. Delish! Roasted is another good option. Toss with EVOO, salt & pepper. You can also shred and all to salads.

Thanks all! :) I really appreciate all of the good feedback. I mostly do cardio but every Monday I have the cardio sculpt class which uses weights and resistance bands and I definitely challenge myself and increase weights every few classes. Also on Saturday I do some of the machines.

I'm similar, but I've never even thought to label myself as something such as a vegetarian - because I'm not - I do eat meat, just not daily like some. I would simply tell them "no, I'm not a vegetarian." Because that's the truth. I'm honestly surprised so many people ask, I think that's so rude.

My ticker shows how much I have lost in 10 months (76). I slip up sometimes with diet, but I mostly stick to 1200-1500. I exercise 5 x per week for 1 hour doing group classes. Currently I do 3 zumba class per week, 1 step aerobics and 1 cardio sculpt. If I waver from my schedule I make up for it doing other things.

I've made a lot of friends because of the gym -- but I do group classes. After going for so long and seeing the same people conversations would strike up. Maybe try those and see what happens.
