  • I find a low fat yogurt can be really filling for my stomach and its not outrageous in the carb department

  • Thank you.. Love the photo of the Grand Canyon behind you and your family. I actually rode 5.2 miles and for me.. that's ao good start. It added 213 calories that I could use.. but I wont.. at lest not today!
  • Hi Aunt Karen, thank you for your warm welcome! I actually rode 5.2 miles and feel good about that. Somehow just by doing something physical I can carry my body with more dignity than I have been doing in the recent past. I guess I am not as disgusted... things are looking up.

I saw what was eaten and how much less must have been eaten becuase they knew they were filming and this is a technique in and of itself.. plus one woman…
