i was doing 3.5 hours 5 x a week and swimming 1 a week. Until the gym guy TOLD me to stop, he has put me on a 4 x week 90 min a session.

Poor work out - not well rounded. Add some running, it doesn't have to be much, this will build up you actual fitness and endurance levels so you wont get out of breath. At one time lots : morning before bed before workout after workout It was important for me to understand water weight etc But my 'official' weigh in is once a week on a friday morning.

I don't think two weeks qualifys as a plateau, I would 4 weeks to 6 months. Too many people seem to expect results too quickly.

I have lost 34ls mainly through running I take protein shakes to prevent muscle loss, running can burn muscle, I was creating a cal deficit of 1100 sometimes.

I think we need two snaks a day, I like fruit like Apple and water or cheese and crackers.

I burn up to 1444 cals a day when I go the gym, no way can I eat that back.
