  • Great work and dedication! It also proves to others that it doesnt happen over night. It takes work and TIME! I am 2 years into mine. WAY TO GO!
  • THIS!!! I always love this picture.
  • I totally agree with the sexy attitude thing!!!!!! , but really BMI is such a poor measure of success. Hell I am 206 pounds, 16% body fat and my BMI tells me I am over weight.
  • VERY AWESOME!!!! You should be VERY proud of yourself. I know I am of you. =)
  • This was kind of heavier than what you are looking for but equipment really is everywhere. If it weighs something USE IT! I bought some sand bags from the store that are used for weight in a truck in the winter. Yup carry those around for awhile and let me know how it works.
  • Wow ROCK ON!!!! Way to go!
  • Ok anyone that is on the cusp go and re explore your sign. There is a completely different list of characteristics about you that may match up better than one sign or the other. Just an FYI. =)
  • i found mine to be quite interesting after looking up more about it. I am a June 20th baby which I have only met ONE other person in my life that shares my birthday. (might I add I have traveled the world) Born on the cusp and the cusp of magic was quite interesting and SPOT ON! Like reading my own biography. Now how do I…
  • BRAVO!!!! Way to go. You are looking amazing!
  • Awesome work!! Way to stay dedicated. Always worth looking back to the beginning to get a perspective on where you came from. The pictures are always worth more than a number on the scale. Congrats!
  • So a quick tip. Take pictures. I would take a picture once a week on the same day each week (like every Sunday) try not to compare then until the end of each month. You know when people you haven't seen in awhile say. Wow you are looking great but you don't see it. That's what it's like. So at the end of each month look at…
  • I am 2 years into my transition and not quite there yet. I am happy where I have gotten. All I can say is stick with it and build muscle and be happy. Eat good food and be merry. Find enjoyment in the new lifestyle so that you want to continue. Dont torture yourself with diets. I went my first 3 months and never lost a…
  • I have the ninja, If you get just the blender part its smalled and around 39 bux as to the whole kitchen system which is 130
  • Just an FYI I am 6'2 205 with a 13% BF and my TDEE based on my body media fit on average is 2950 and that is laying on the couch or driving all day. If I work out and go to work I am averaging 4500-5200 calories burned per day on my TDEE. If you are anywhere in that category what so every I would say you are WAY low. I…
  • Great dedication! AWESOME WORK!! =0)
  • Incredible job man!! Way to stick with it.
  • The other way i look at this all the time is that it takes less REAL food to become as full and satisfied as it does to eat junk or processed food. Your body knows and understands what it is getting and knows when to say stop. They say it is nearly impossible to over eat real food. A little test I give people is make…
  • Well I always like this saying... " If you think eating healthy is expensive, have you priced cancer lately?' I know it sucks but you tend to stay healthy longer and away from the doctor if you eat healthy and spend less money paying the doctor and getting to enjoy yummy amazing food that you know is real. =0)
  • One other thing if you dont have one get yourself a decent heart rate monitor. First times I did HIIT I tend to push myself pretty hard to keep up. Its the competitive side of me I suppose, but I used an HRM and realized I was hitting 218 HR. This helped me say when even when I didnt feel like it. As you get in better…

  • This is exactly what I love about it. I have used it for over a year now and LOVE HIIT especially in a group class. Having some competition and others to push you just that LITTLE bit further is awesome!! I went from 260 and out of shape 18 months ago doing mostly HIIT now I am 207 doing hand stand pushups and one arm pull…

  • You know what does it for me.... Is the high I get after I worked out and kicked some serious *kitten* in the gym or during a work out. You get this powerful, euphoric, accomplished feeling that is almost like the best drug on the planet and each day I just want my fix. Just another taste of the good stuff ya know. Even…
  • Look how much younger and healthier you look. Pictures are everything!!! =0)
  • Consignment stores... just keep trading in and trading up clothes. So you are not spending as much money as you keep losing weight.
  • This is just AWESOME!!! Way to go!
  • Wow you look incredible!!! Doesnt even look like the same person! WAY TO GO!
  • The best scale is a kodak in my opinion...take pictures and compare them. One a week and then at the end of each month compare current one with the day 1 pic. As long as you feel better and look better that is what really matters. I use a scale for body fat % only. I would suggest a manual scale instead of digital since…
  • I wanted to add something on this...usually avoid this subject anymore since its over played. I have had a body media FIT now for 2 months and a friend of mine which is female has also bought one about the same time. For the past 6 months or more I have been fighting losing the last bit of body fat etc. I was following MFP…
  • I use almost all mono and saturated fats. The saturated fat BS irritates me a bit. Yes they are best in moderation but they are not BAD for you. Your body is made up of saturated fat, you are a mammal and your cells reproduce using this. It is also used as an antioxidant in your body to prevent and fight disease. I just…
  • This is amazing and I am super proud of you. You stood up and tackled this yourself. instead of taking the easy way out which may have never worked in the end. You went and made a change in your life which has made you a stronger person mentally, emotionally and physically. YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!! =0)
