I use Jack3D for a pre work out...have for a lil over a year now.. Like it because it gives me just a little bit of an edge but doesnt make me all wig out and get racey. Then by the time I am done working out I am back to normal. Then a protein shake with BCAA in it for after and I take Animal Pak vitamins.

Pictures are really the only way to go....the scale is mean and lies to you a lot. I encourage everyone to use pictures instead. They are the true testament especially when you are stuck on a weight and get discouraged. If the pic changes each week then dont worry about the number. WAY TO GO!!!! =0)

Working out first thing in the morning even before you eat is actually proven to burn more...its called Intermit fasting if you want to look up more information on it. I used to eat first then go but after doing this for awhile I feel so much better working on a full fast from the day before.

I only use coconut oil. Only one that does not oxidize at high temperatures and become unhealthy. Also you may not even be using real olive oil anyways so at least with coconut oil you dont have to guess. check out this post. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/550904-olive-oil

No offense here! I dont even use the stuff actually I just like to help keep people informed. I use Organic Coconut oil only for cooking.
