  • I have only been on this a few days so far...thus far I have liked it. I have used USP labs products before and have never had any problems with them.   • Look at it this way..if for one you are not starving yourself and two you are working out hard. Then your body is gonna do what it wants to do and if it wants to lose 3 pounds a week or put on 2 it is what it is. As long as you are doing it the healthy way there is nothing unhealthy about it. =0)
