Thank you all, unfortunately my mother and I live 8 hours apart. So telephone time is all we get, but we also talk 3 times a week at least. SHARP PAIN IS BAD! If you are having sharp pains that is ligament and tendon pain..not good. Muscle pain you can work through..sharp pains are joint pains. Its not worth it at that point to push through sharp pains to only injure yourself past the point of being able to do anything. Modify what you are doing if you love…

Your body will be ok as long as when you say push through the pain it isn't pain that is sharp and debilitating i.e Joint pain. You can work out again especially with doing only body weight stuff and not heavy weights everyday. Its really only when you are tearing down muscle lifting heavy weights that you are tearing down…

I do agree with you on this one as a guy.. it based on a survey that is all and if you look at the pictures they are not what you would think of as curvy. They all three are all very normal looking figures.

Luckily actually its one of the first areas to go away... its the stupid stomach that I would rather have it gone from then the back first. ha! Mine was about half way through mine as well.

I would say almond milk is the most milk tasting. They make a dark chocolate almond milk that is to die for! =0) Makes a great treat. After that I would say coconut then rice. Rice milk I found to be very tasty though!

I was drinking skim milk also though...and was stuck at 240 for 2 months.. Took dairy out and switched to coconut, rice or almond milk and then dropped the wheat...for the most part, and BAM I dropped 9 pounds in 3 weeks. Who would have thought! I may never go back to dairy after trying the other milks..yummy!

Ok here is for all you chocolate lovers.... as long as you eat chocolate that has a content of cocoa of 70% or higher in it.. then its healthy for you as a snack. Basically dark chocolate.

I LOVE the Cascadian Organic granola bars!! They are super tasty 100% organic and cheap!! I get the cereal and the granola bars for $2.60 a box at walmart or our local grocery. Sweet and salty are fantastic and so are the peanut butter chip!

Back dimples are some and some not...they are your SI joints for your hips. So just like the in and out of the navel not everyone is born with them. You may seem them if you get a very low body fat % but its no guarantee there. Sorry!
