Shock absorber run bra. Not always the prettiest but certainly does the job when i'm playing rugby!

Feel free to add - i'm in the Isle of Man

I have bought The Dress! (first one I tried on and kept going back to it). It is a little (a lot) snug but the lady said if I bought a size bigger and then had to take it in, it would ruin the shape and the look of the dress. So I bought the dress in the size I tried, and now have to shift a little bit of timber for it to…

every day in the morning before I shower. Just because the scales are there and it lets the shower warm up before I jump in

I recently read an article from an Olympic rower which said they row using setting 7 as its the closest to real water resistance. I'm using mine more recently due to a foot issue and not being able to do any weight bearing exercise i.e. walking or running. The only complaint I have is the seat could use a bit of padding!

feel free to add me. Trying to shed weight for my wedding next year and in general trying to keep it off too!

feel free to add me. I'm getting married July 2016. Creeping ever closer!

I have the same issue. I seem to be doing ok at the moment. I find it easier to avoid stuffing my face with things if I just don't have them in the house, not even to allow myself a treat. I also find i'm ok if a package isn't open, I can resist biscuits etc. But once the pack is open, i'm all over it. I can't tell you how…

Sunny and chilly Isle of Man here! feel free to add me

I will only weigh myself nude, after I've used the loo. If i've gained, I won't log it. Only reductions get logged. Also the only reason i've managed to stick to my last 2 weeks of good eating and pretty intense exercise is the recent sight of a "friend" looking really lean and fit. I'm totally jealous and it fuels my hate…

I have oats so simple plain porridge sachet made with skimmed milk, frozen cherries (they defrost in the microwave) and topped with greek yoghurt or skyr. approx 285 cal, good dose of protein and oats to fill you up :-)

good thing about chilli is you can pretty much throw anything in the pot. I start with chopped onion, minced beef, canned chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and then anything in the fridge/cupboard - kidney beans, chickpeas, cannelini beans, tinned sweetcorn, chopped peppers, mushroom, carrots and even sweet potato chunks. Add…

Congratulations 2016 brides! I'm getting married 2nd July 2016 I've picked the church but not much else so far. Hopefully trying on a few dresses this month to get an idea of what i'd like, but not rushing into any purchases. :-)

Im right there with you! Hopefully getting married summer 2016 and want to lose some weight before I even go shopping so I can get a better idea of what suits me (not "fat" me!) Feel free to add me!

I play rugby and I also crossfit. It certainly has a social element that you're looking for, combined with weightlifting & other gym stuff. And you'll be supervised by coaches, who you can discuss your knee issues with to see what exercises should be scaled or modified to suit you. And if you're into the competitive side…

Zero bakery consumption is my best bet! I knew it would all be bad (because whoever invents zero calorie cake should win a Nobel prize) but i'm surprised at just how calorific some of the things are. And i've just shocked a work collegue who has snarfed a choc cookie and a maple pecan plait with how many calories they just…

One arm kettle bell snatch - KB from the floor to overhead with extended arm. Hard to describe accurately but i'm sure there's plenty of youtube video demos and things on google.

My nanna regularly finds ways to remark upon my weight at family gatherings in the loudest possible voice. Its gone beyond embarrassing to being quite funny now. I look forward to the next inventively phrased snarky remark. My boyfriend didn't actually believe me until he saw it for himself. Some examples..... Christmas -…

Meat, fresh or frozen is becoming ridiculous. Tinned tuna is also a total joke. I also find it really annoying when you know that the supermarket stocks a budget option, but never seems to have it in stock. The price label is right there, teasing you, next to the one they do have in stock that costs 3 times more. Sultanas…

Turn them into a different texture? Soups, smoothies etc are all good for getting veg and fruit into you. Although eating the whole veg or fruit in its normal unprocessed form is probably better for you as you get the benefit of the fibre and the nutrients etc along with everything else. I have the opposite problem, no…

weirdly, my favourite move is double unders. Its the only move I could just do without any hassle straight from my On Ramp. Don't mind handstands, but can't do handstand push ups at all. Cleans and push press are ok too. I have a healthy respect for box jumps, gotta take my time to avoid total shin devastation. Totally…
