Gloves vs No Gloves?

My box uses video analysis on lifts for the members on the "super unlimited membership". Last night there wasn't many people in my session so I had my squat clean and jerk analysed even though i'm not on the super memebership. Hardest Olympic Lift?
Which lift do you strubble with the most? For me its snatch. Just can't keep the bar stable above my head while hitting the right depth in the squat. Everything is all over the place!

Any protein drinks that AREN'T milkshakes?
I can't stand milkshakes but would like to try protein drinks as a post workout recovery aid. Anything available in the UK? I've tried chocolate flavoured protein bars etc but they just taste a little.....wrong somehow. Any help appreciated!

The Parish Walk - 85miles, 24hrs!

Muscle vs Fat
I've read quite a lot on the message boards that muscle weighs more than fat. And its really annoying me because it doesn't! 1lb of muscle is the same weight as 1lb of fat!!!! Too much fiber?
At the moment i'm sticking to my calories and doing lots of exercise, but according to the numbers i'm eating "too much fibre". I pretty much always go over the target every day even though my calories, fat, sat fat, carbs and protein are all ok. Is too much fibre bad for you? Can you eat too much fibre?!

Pins and Needles?
Does anyone else get pins and needles in their feet when they've been using an elliptical trainer for a while? I assume its because you're not lifting your feet off the machine like you would running on the treadmill, but its really annoying me and I wonder if i'm the only one?!
