House renovation vs exercise

I'm consistenty over my calorie intake at the moment. Haven't got much time for exercise as i'm renovating my house. However this doesn't count as exercise on MFP so there's no way to log it. I wouldn't know where to start estimating the calories burnt doing some of the things I'm doing! How many calories do plasterers, and painters and decorators burn?!

I don't know but I'd imagine a lot! It's probably a lot of strength work as well! You could either invest in a HRM to wear while working or just don't fret too much about going over everyday. Depending on how hard you're working you're probably burning at least 300 for a full day?
(I'm totally guessing so don't take my word as the gospel)0 -
Have you tried to use an HRM?
I have NO idea of how many kilos they're burning, sorry
But house renovation sounds really good! you're having a nice new home and burn calories0
