I do a very similar recipe minus the "taco" ingredients and broth, throw in some chicken and kidney beans and canned tomatoes and it's a good chicken chili!

Look for the little pocket type breads like Pepperridge Farms makes, by the Weight Watchers method they are only one point each. Load up the sandwich with extra veggies!
