I can't imagine how much support, work, time, and effort it takes to lose weight in general. Most of all how hard it is but to know that its possible with each day that passes. When it feels uncomfortable to put on a pair of jeans, a shirt that shows your bulge, or someone giving you an ugly look makes it so much more rewarding to get to this point. I'm a mom of 3 kids who are 3 and under...yes all very young. I make the time no matter how hard it has been. I have tough days but who doesn't. I've struggled with cheat days and days where I couldn't exercise. Then i just get back on track. I hope this helps someone out there who feel like its impossible. You owe yourself the time and effort to lose each pound. God Bless.
