Feel ya ;-/ I've put a cushion in my calorie count to cover days like today when I need a chocolate fix and drink a couple swigs straight from the hershey syrup bottle......lol. Oh well, tomorrow is another day to get it right!

Curious to know if anyone has tried the coffee, kerrygold butter and mct oil mixture to increase fat intake? If so, how often do you drink it in a day?

Before you go the drastic surgery route may I suggest using a compression garment. I've used them in the past in addition to weight training and it worked great.

1967....I need serious motivation. I want to drop 70lbs. My starting weight is 198lbs. I'm only 5'5" tall so this is not a good look for me. 2 years ago I was 20lbs to my goal and my world fell apart and I have been on the coach ever since.
