Help! I don't know what I'm doing.
Week 1 on Keto diet. Using ketostix to track several times a day. Usually 0 to slight trace in AM and progresses to about 40mg/dl. First 3 days lost 3.5lbs. Gained all but 1lb back by end of the week. Had calories set at 920 based on recommended 2lb lost per week (I'd really like to see 3-5lb/wk loss). Dropped calories to…
