I had pain also when I got to higher weights. I reviewed my form, dropped weight until the form was corrected and it fixed everything.…

This September I will have been married 19 years. We were engage after 6 months and then spent the next 18 months apart and only seeing each other twice before the wedding day. After the wedding day, I was deployed for the next two years. Greatest thing is that neither of us cheated. I have countless friends that I know…

I am nowhere near an expert on the matter, so I can only tell you what worked for me. I started out running around at 16 minute mile when I got back into running. After I got to the point where I could actually run a mile without wanting to die, I increased the distance as you have done. After that, I started a routine…

If you want to build endurance you need to go for the longer time...I have read that short workouts are good, but I just can't get into a workout that last 10 mins no matter how much I put into it. I would go with the longer one, and use the short workouts only when needed...

So the answer is for government to subsidize healthy food and tax the hell out of junk food...Again, it is none of the governments business what we eat, how we eat, when we eat etc. The Constitution does not allow the Federal Government to do a thing for me or to me. It tells the Federal Government what it can't do.

Well, first of all Devil Dog, you need to look in the mirror and remember you are a Marine. Once that sticks in, the next part is easy....This is something I had to come to grips with when I got out after 10 years and gained 70 pounds. I was a sub 18 minute PFTer, could bench press twice my body weight and was the one on…

Be confident in My Fitness Pal...After I got out of the Marines I gained a tremendous amount of weight, and fast. I got lazy...I struggled off and on for a few years until I got hooked on this sight. Today marks the my first full year on this site and I have lost 35 pounds. You can do it, it is easier than you think...
