Far from home and looking for some weight loss friends.

Hi...I am originally from Chicago, but am living in Northern Italy. While I do have friends and greatv ones at that, most of them do not know the struggles that I go through on a daily basis with my weight. I love that I have made some friends in the past 24 hours, but would love to find more. I am looking to get down to 145...I am 5'9 tall. Thanks for your time... :)

    Be confident in My Fitness Pal...After I got out of the Marines I gained a tremendous amount of weight, and fast. I got lazy...I struggled off and on for a few years until I got hooked on this sight. Today marks the my first full year on this site and I have lost 35 pounds.

    You can do it, it is easier than you think...
