  • @veruto just create an exercise under cardio and call it painting, I had to do that with my walk at home and hip hop ab exercises because that is not listed in the preset exercises
  • I lost alot of weight, and exercise everyday, no matter what i do i can't get rid of the extra stuff. The doctor told me i had good elasticity but some of my skin did stretch to much that it won't go back in.   • My family is totally unsupportive of me, my family has always been big, unhealthy, died young, and can hardy walk at times. I never want to be that way, I want to live a long healthy life, and try my best to show and represent that to my neices and nephews, I can only hope that one day they will follow in my footsteps.
  • I love all my friends no matter small frame or beastly LOL, however the smaller ones that do live a healthier lifestyle help motivate me, and I hope I motivate my beastly ones, since I was once there before.
  • I also try to keep it within my calorie goals as well, and it's not that hard since I also drink on a Friday or Saturday night.
