  • You know, that is not a bad idea. I'm trying to increase my protein and even carbs so maybe If I remove the sodium I'll quit focusing on it and focus more on what I need more of. I'm going to take if off now and go refill my water. ;)
  • I have this same problem. What are some high protein, high calorie, low fat, low sodium snacks? I always end up catching up calories at night.
