My OB gave me 15-20 for my whole pregnancy. I've been doing really well keeping it in check without denying myself any of the things I know that me and baby need. I just work on making good solid food choices and trying to stay away from the junk food. I also think about my cravings before giving into them, and try to find…

Link your Bodybugg and Mfp accounts (I think you can that I can with my Bodymedia). It will automatically adjust your calories based on your expected average burn. Also I agree that you are doing something right. The scale may not be showing you the results you want but those pictures should make you happy with your…

I am only accountable to myself --- and the size 10 little black dress I want to wear to an event this spring =) I have to set goals for myself that are more than just a number on the scale. It has taken a long time for me to realize that it is more about how I feel and I how I want my body to look than a number. I am…

I teach at a 7-12 school ( personally I teach 7,9,10). I find it so much easier to stay on track during the school year. I am actually really looking forward to getting back to my schedule and routine. Feel free to add me.

I have been able to still lose weight this summer but last summer was horrible. I eat better when school is in but get in more exercise during the summer. Feel free to add me.. Having support from people who understand the daily teaching grind would be a major plus.

I have always been curvy even at my largest. When I was in HS my Measurements were 36-24-36 at 5'3'' ( The song "I like big butts" was my theme song) Now after losing over 30 total lbs my measurements are 40-36-48. Still curvy just much larger curves. MY goal is to get back to the old measurements. I have always felt that…

I absolutly LOVE mine. I track my food on MFP and have my BM link adjusted to what MFP says and then I just log the extra calories on MFP so I know what I have extra to eat =)
-
I teach secondary as well. I have my settings at Lightly active, then if I go to the gym or workout at home I log it as exercise.

For me losing weight is a life style change.. and MFP is part of that lifestyle. Even if I may not log as much or as accurately after I reach and and comfortable in maintenance I will always be on here. I love the support the ideas and everything else that comes with MFP.

I love oatmeal !!! Bump for later!

YAY for friends on MFP

I add a scope of protein powder to slimfast in the mornings when I don't have time to eat breakfast... Not the best in the world but better than nothing
-
Amazing! Such an inspiration!

Have you been taking your measurements? I have found that my sizes will drop before the number on the scale does. I have learned to put a lot more faith and emphasis on what the tape measure says and not the scale.

The "New Rules for Lifting" book is wonderful!!... Also since you already have a gym membership talk to one of the trainers, many offer a free session and they can show you a lot in that one session.

Feel free to add me..

I have both. I have a weight that I would like to be at, but I also have a size that I think I would be happy at.

Amazing job!! Very inspirational!!!

Welcome and wonderful mindset... Fell free to add me if you want!!! You will quickly learn that the support you get from your friends on here will keep you motivated and going, and sadly in many cases its more support than you get from people in the "real world"...

Feel free to add me, everyone can use more support !!
