Just started New Rules of Lifting for Women ... and I love it... I feel so much better and have more energy... just make sure you read the book and don't just flip to the exercise program.

Its because MFP builds in you calorie deficit ... if you have it set at 1 lb a week you have a 500 Cal a day deficit .. so even though you went over by 200 Cal you still have a 300 Cal deficit for the day. Hope this helps :)

Love the goal, and congratulations on the weight loss thus far. One of my rewards for reaching my 1/2 way point is being the one in the sheet. Good luck on on being naked! !

Way to go on the weight loss!!! I got a couple cute pairs at Kohl's (... this is the first summer I've worn shorts in 8 years :) ) they have them in the ladies department as well as the plus section ( don't know what size you need).

I know people who have lost a ton of weight on it. However I worked in a pharmacy for over 8 years and all the pharmacist that I worked with in those 8 years refused to carry it because of what it can do to your body.

I have the same basic problem. I have gotten to the point that my response is are you willing to make lifestyle changes or do you just want a quick fix? That normally makes them start thinking but few are willing to give up their current habits.. what I love more than anything is when they see me ordering something healthy…

I track my number on the scale but I really focus on my BF % and the inches Im losing .... It makes me more aware of how my body is changing and what I need to work on more :)

I have done WW and it does work... I started gaining weight and switched to MFP when PointsPlus came around... There are free apps on the android market for tracking. I would say however if you already on here you shouldnt need WW

I stopped WW after they went to points plus... I loved the old system but not PP... I say stick with MFP it works and it's free :). Best of both worlds :)

I use one with my Nano and I love it. I dont have the HRM for it yet I use one that i already had before.

I'm in 30,000 calories and 10 lbs or more by the 4th of July sounds like a good challenge and good way to stay motivated at the gym.
