I LOVE my PB!!! I would probably say that I have some in some form everyday!. Its a good source of protein and keeps me full for a long time. I am very good at keeping track of the portions though so I can make sure I don't eat all of my cals for the day in PB...

Yes, because it calculates your calorie intake based on your normal activity. The extra calories you burn from exercise are a bonus that you can either eat or not. Thats why it is so important to track everything. Feel free to add me ... Im just starting my journey on here too.

I love my Wii fit :) I also love the fact that there are so many other games out there for the Wii to help you burn those calories and get in shape. I haven't tried the Zumba yet but from what I am seeing it may well be worth the money.

I always to try to make a basic menu the day before so I know what I am putting in my body. I am also a big fan of a splurge meal once a week, not necessarily because of the metabolism thing but almost as a reminder to myself that I am not starving myself.
