1. Mayonnaise, YUCK YUCK YUCK!! I will eat homemade aioli which is basically mayo but the jarred stuff is disgusting! 2. Whole raw tomatoes. I love salsa and could eat it all day but if it is a plain whole raw tomato no thanks! 3. Mustard. Gross!

I LOVE black licorice! Good n plenty candies contributed to a lot of my pregnancy weight gain.......I would eat about 2 boxes a day which is amlost 1200 calories and of course I ate all other meals to get my "nutrition" in. *slowy hides face in shame* So yeah I would eat it for FREE:)

Thanks ladies!! I was trying to do my squats fast so I guess I was breathing to fast also. I will do the breath in, do my squat, exhale at the top and take a few extra breaths before I do my next squat. Thanks again so much for he help!!

The body wrap will temporarily help with the water weight. If you do a low carb diet until the big day you will lose some inches. I hope that helps:)

I am taking a full breath going into my squat and I exhale when I get to the top. Then I take another deep breath and go into my next one..........maybe I am breathing too fast almost like I am hyperventilating?
