Its also a mental thing. Dont know if its for you but for me, i always en up hungry again cause i think to myself i havent eaten i only drank. I agree. Theres a difference in wanting to loose a whole bunch of weight and just getting healthy and loosing a couple of lbs. Maybe they just take good pictures ;) but i guess everyone has their own motives for being here!

I find that working out in the mornin makes me feel better during the day and makes me have better food choices. I dont have an excuse of being tired or not havin time. Plus i feel like i burn more (could be in my head)

Its crazy how everything has a whole bunch of calories. Down to fruit eventhough they are good calories and apple can have up to like 80 calories! But its also crazy how i used to think oh well it only has 200 calories then eat the whole bag and notice that the bag has like 3 servings!!! Aaahhh! Portion control is key!

Even small workouts are good. I see at as burning some calories is better than no calories. Count your steps when ur at school or workoit for a tiny bit. Use the stairs instead of the elevator or park a little further to take extra steps. It makes a big difference. For cravings... Still havent figured it out but keep lots…

I read in a health mag that your body stops digesting meals at 800 caloties and goes straight to storing anything past that. Seems a lot in 1 sitting but some ppl can eat that and more

I get bloated too but dont know if its ovulation. I thought it was the extra water i've been drinking. I go to the sauna when i feel like that and it works. Try sweating a little more and check if its not water weight.

Noooooo! Dont do it!!! You'll feel guilty an horrible later so y make it worse! Think about how long it takes to burn those calories and are they worth it? Negative! Instead make yourself some healthy treats to make the feelings subside. Good luck

I know that u should do it for yourself an all but i understand that ppl noticing is a big confidence booster but dont even worry about it. I U can tell then blow everyobe else off. As lbs come off more and more ppl will notice so dont get discouraged just use it as motivation to go for it and stick with ur plan :)

Its when they stick a tube in ur rectum like about an inch in and they have a solution they run into ur colon. This cleans out ur intestine and any excess poop u have in there. I heard ppl can have up to like 15lbs of feces stuck in there and that colonics can get rid of some and help u loose some weight.

As soon as i got home from the gym (im still sweaty! Gross!) i went straight to the bread....mmmm... It was chocolate with chocolate filling....the horrible thing is that i dont like chocolate :(((((

I used to be a 40F and now im a 38DD. I dont like em! Since weight loss i feel like they just feel weird with the skin. I guess its ok cause my back doesnt hurt as much!

Your body could also be gettin used to the same routine. Change yiur cardio once in a while and maybe some weight training could totally change your body. I am trying to do this and hopefully it'll work. Good luck!
