I was always hesitant of working out my chest muscles cause i thought it would look too buff. I thought they would shrink! I guess not! Im totally going to try the exercises now :)

It migh be bad at first and then with time and weight training it might shrink. Make sure to keep sking nice and hydrated to help with elasticity. Oils and plenty of water can help with all of that. Losing weight at a moderate pace will help as well

I randomly get that pain as well. I started to look up tips on long distance running and found out that it could be bad posture or feet movement during a run. Google tips and they might help you like they are helping me

Thanks guy, you are right. Probably not a good idea. I get cravings like crazy and it is a discipline thing but i need to be able to not want it to even start to work on it. I am tired of my sweet tooth and i it was that easy i probably wouldnt even be fat in the first place. Its just so frustrating!! I cant not be around…

Look them up online, they have some crazy and interesting recipies. I tried juicing and lost fast, but also felt clean. I stopped cause i got sick now i just feel sluggish and blah!

Im frOm mex so my body is used to all the crap and how they prepare it n stuff, but i dont recomment eating anything from the streets. Its the best food eventhough hygiene is iffy but for someone thats not tolerant it can ruin ur trip!
