Hello everyone! So I am very new to this site, but I am not new to attempting weight loss.
To give a little bit of a background, I'm 23 years old and currently weighing in at 172 pounds. This is very close to the heaviest I have ever been (175 pounds). When I was younger I had a body that I now, looking back, would love to have. I however didn't appreciate it. I realize that over the course of five years, I have gained forty pounds. I would like to change this. I would like to get down to 135 pounds.
I have counted calories before. I have gone on diets before. I either lose an amount of weight I can be proud of, or I barely lose weight at all. I am tired of the ups and downs, as well as the emotional roller coaster. So I'm starting fresh. Wish me luck!

You can do it!! Make sure you have a good workout routine also!! Trust me the time will fly by and all of a sudden you will be at your goals!!0
