Great job:smile: I'm off work today. Main goal for the week is still drink water and cut back on soda. Have done pretty good for the last week. Just need to remember water is better for me that sugar.

1/18/14 = 246.0 I weigh in on Saturdays if it's ok I'll check in on Saturdays. Today's weight 246. Don't pay attention to the weight loss badge in input the wrong weight when I set up should have been 250 not 259. Still excited about 4 lbs.

One of my goals for the week is to drink more water and less soft drinks. I really enjoy my coke every day but I thought if I could give up the soft drinks other vices would be easy. 2 days in have only had 1 8oz can.

Misty2024 Thanks for the help. I finished week 1 day 2 yesterday, will do day 3 tomorrow. I plan on logging each day on here. My c25k days are Sunday, Tuesday, Friday. That said I'm game for logging however the group thinks will work the best.

I'm Joey 55 years old and looking at retirement soon. Have always been the outdoors type and athletic but the last few years the hours at work have put staying in shape on the back burner. Decided to do something about it and drop some weight and get in some exercise.
