Monday's weigh in on Sunday: 240.0, 10 pounds in 5 weeks.

W5 D2 complete, bumped the speed up the last 3 minutes, 20 run comes next.

Take advantage of the support, log everything, look for a group to join. Watch the changes happen.

It's a program to get you into running/jogging over 9 weeks. Eases you into it at your pace. I have really enjoyed it so far. Several on here are doing, you should join us never to late to start.

Going really good. Have cut back drastically on cokes and drinking a lot of water to replace the cokes a meals. Have even started taking a bottle with me to the many meetings I attend during the work week.
