How is the best way to track/account for c25k exercise time to log?
Week 2 Day 2 completed. How's everybody else doing?
Looks like everybody keeps up with things going on and all chasing the same thing a healthier life style. With that said I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone is from. I'm from a small town in the hills of East Tennessee. Go Vols!

Off work today, cleaned the house for the wife, went to the market to pick up a few things.
