http://www.webmd.com/women/features/exercise-eases-menstrual-cramps I have found it's hard to drag myself to the gym but once I am there, running helps the pain quite a bit.

I'll have what the gentleman on the floor is having.

Make sure your exercise calories are correct. The MFP estimates are very high.

I have a loose schedule in my mind for the week based on what's going on in my life. I plan to go either before or after work Monday through Friday then Saturday and Sunday mornings but I don't pre-plan rest days; I just let them happen naturally based on whatever else is happening in my schedule. But I am also strict…

I started running about six months into my weight loss journey after I built up some endurance on the elliptical. I started out doing a few minutes at a time and now do up to 7.5 miles at a time and run 20-30 miles a week. I haven't done many races though just because I don't have anyone to do them with. I love that I get…

Started at 221 in February, 2014 now at 150. Feel free to add.

How are you measuring your calorie burn? The MFP estimates are really high. That being said, you are about on course for what you should be losing.

I tried on and off my whole adult life and had the most success at age 45.

This isn't about you at all, it's about him. And he is probably lying about his attraction to you and telling the other woman what he thinks she wants to hear. You should talk it over with him but don't let anyone make you feel like you are less than you are. Everyone deserves to be loved and valued, especially from their…

I eat what I want within reason. I stay away from sweets altogether but I've never really liked them to begin with and they pack such a high calorie punch that they aren't worth it. I like to feel full so of course it's more beneficial to eat more lower calorie foods than smaller portions of higher calorie foods but if I…

No one noticed for about 40 pounds for me which got discouraging but I noticed so I kept it up. Keep going though; pretty soon EVERYONE is going to notice.

I'm sure it was a lighthearted compliment as "DILF" and "MILF" have become synonymous with finding an older person attractive.

There is about 97 calories in a shot of vodka, 96 in a shot of whiskey, 98 in a light beer and 120 in a 5 oz. glass of wine so you can have about anything as long as you don't add sugary mixers and if you work it into your daily goals.

First and foremost, buy a good pair of running shoes. I know a lot of people have had luck with the C25K program but for me starting out (and my fitness level was approximately zero), it moved too quickly. I started walking, then moved to the elliptical machine, then started alternating running and walking and now I run…

Seeing progress even when no one else did.

Focus on your goals this weekend. Once you start to see the results it becomes much easier to stay on target.

I get really annoyed with anyone using "my" treadmill at the gym.
-
I drink light beer. You can have a few with very little damage.

You look great!

I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. You are an inspiration; congratulations on your weight loss and healthy lifestyle.
-
Also, slow and steady progress is best. It's truly a marathon, not a sprint.

No one is disgusted because we have all been there. Log everything you eat and stick to your calories. A food scale is one of the best investments you can make. I have found that the calories burned estimates in the exercise on MFP are high so if you plan to exercise, I recommend finding a way to accurately monitor your…

Thank you everyone for your kindness and encouragement.

Thanks :) It's still an ongoing process but I stick to the calories MFP gives me and if there is something special I want, I make it fit in. I work out five to six days a week by running and lifting weights which I have learned to love. But I do cut myself slack on holidays and special occasions and if I have a bad day or…
