basically im staying away from refined/processed food and eating TONS of veggies and lean protein. eggs for breakfast, mostly chicken, turkey, lean meats etc...

No one except for my husband and a family member that also uses MFP. I feel like I am not taken seriously by anyone else because the only person that sees the effort im putting in to this is my husband. And weight loss is personal for me! Ive always been the chunky girl.

Im right there with you! I love the market fresh turkey sandwich from Arbys... LOVE IT. But it has over 750 calories! and thats without mayo! I dont understand fast food/restaraunts. thats why i pretty much just cut them out completely.

i just got my hair trimmed but before that it had been two years!! as long as you maintain it with heat protectants and such you should be fine.

I know it sounds wierd, but the only thing that keeps me regular is coffee! I have two cups every morning. also, activia yogurt works wonders. hope this helps you! good luck with your extra long colon lol. :bigsmile:
