Hey. Congrats on the weight loss so far, you've done awesome At a real low point where the days were just one constant crazy bingeing nightmare, I went along to a couple of OA meetings. I didn't talk at them, and just listened. I found I could relate to most people's struggles, but didn't find the help that I was hoping…

I have a daily motivational quote app, not directly related to weight loss/fitness, but I like to apply them to my weight loss journey. Today's quote: Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned

Hi! Just finished my Sunday prep- I roast a large chicken, which lasts me for 5 lunches. I make some sort of carb/veg medley (today was roasted chick peas, with cous cous and cauliflower cous cous, plus diced veggies), and then add a bunch of spinach and it's a tasty, satisfying lunch I also prep breakfasts- mostly high…

You're not alone- I feel the same! Any chance that you could get exercise done on your commute to work? I've started cycling the 18 mile round-trip, which takes the same amount of time as public transport. Means that I get c. 700 calorie burn per day (using a HRM) and saving money that I'd be spending on the train.

I love chocolate too and so have a 'fun size' chocolate bar each evening before I go to bed: Milky bar- 67 cals Cadbury fudge - 115 cals Galaxy ripple - 90 cals Also tend to have 2 mugs of options hot chocolate throughout the day too :)

I'd be keen to join!

Hi there! I'm up for the challenge. I've just started cycling back to work after a few injuries; it's an 18 mile round trip so my aim is to do this twice a week, and another day cycle in and get the train home. With a bit of extra cycling on the weekends, my goal is 200 miles. Happy cycling everyone :)

Hi, I always need something sweet after dinner too, and used to eat far too much. I've found that having a low calorie hot chocolate after dinner is good; if after 20-30 minutes I feel like something else, then I'll have a weighed out portion of chocolate. Also, filling out your diary before you start snacking on the sweet…

I used to get that when I first started out running- it stopped as soon as I got fitted for proper trainers :)
