This is just like me (thyroidectomy) and hyper at the moment although I have currently cut back my dose to raise my tsh into normal range. Been at this for 2 months now and very little weight loss !!

Thyroid S (ever since the Armour shortage a few yrs ago) Was taking 3 grains but that put me too hyper so now I'm on a half grain to raise my tsh ...at least my resting heart rate is normal now and I can do some cardio without feeling like I'm winded from the start .

I am working out anywhere from 3-5 days a week 30 min cardio on elliptical and strength training I usually alternate between legs and arms etc
