  • Removing the multi add feature may be enough to send me to the competition, and I've been using MFP for over a decade. So bad.
  • Could be compression of the arteries leading to your head when you raise your arms, which is not serious...I'd get a professional to check it out though.
  • It's hard to say how many calories it burns because it varies depending on your weight. If you do a google search for "calories burned in 30 day shred" or something similar, you'll get lots of different answers. I weigh 200 lbs, and log it as 200 cals burned.
  • Guess what! If you stick with it, level 2 gets easier too, just like level 1 did! I'm starting level 3 tomorrow! Keep rockin' it everybody :)
  • Yeah, I used to do random levels of the shred depending on how I was feeling in any given day. Either way it's still a full workout. If you're finding the shred too easy - have you tried Ripped in 30? That ups the ante a bit :)
