Since my fitbit and MFP sync we will see how it goes for a month. Do have a question though . If you choose 4 days do they have to be consecutive or just within the week?

Yes I also have this problem. I'm 5'9" and 198 lbs. I was 217 and no one even noticed I lost weight. I wanna get to 150-140. I hate the way I carry weight

I do 5:2 . I eat around 1500-1700 cals 5 days a week and fast 2 days a week no more than 500 cals a day for 2 non consecutive days ( 500 for girls, 600 for guys). I find it easier to diet 2 days a week than everyday

I totally agree. I am so embarrassed lately. I want to do it for me but I also wanna look and feel good about myself again. I'm kinda at the point where I'm even embarrassed to work out at home. I don't wanna go out with my friends cause I am embarrassed how I look. I just don't feel confident anymore .

Some days I am under my goal but I walk so much at work my fitbit flex gives me extra calories to eat and I eat them. I think maybe I should only eat a quater or half of them. Or maybe just up my activity level to active from slightly after this hip flexor muscle heals. Not sure which would be better. I think upping the…

I use silk dark chocolate almond milk and pure protein frosty chocolate protein powder, that's my fave. I also use silk vanilla almond milk and pure protien powder with a Duncan Hines flavor creation flavor packet. I use orange cream it really good too

My fave new bedtime snack is a brownie sundae and only 210 calories! I use a fiber one brownie, 6 tablespoons of frozen cool whip and 2 tablespoons of Hershey lite syrup! Sooo good
