Polar ft4 question. Please help!
Got question on the polar ft4. Doing DDP yoga says this equation for heart min and max 180 - (age) 49= 131 max then 131-20=111 for min. When I set up the polar it gave me way lower numbers. Which ones should I use?

I just did my measurements and pics today. I got my HR monitor all set up and got a decent mat. I am starting the work outs tomorrow after work. I'm not gonna follow the nutrition plan I'm just gonna keep using MFP . Super excited to get started. And boy were those pictures horrific and a eye opener eeek

Let's get this thread going again! I am restarting this Monday. I was only a week in and was in a minor car accident on Wednesday so my neck is a little sore. Gonna take a few days to make everything is ok. I love MFP and DDP yoga so let's go and get this going! BANG!

Are my numbers and settings correct?

Looking for some MFP friends
Today is day 50. Yay I have lost 15 lbs. looking for some friends for motivation and support. I pulled my hip flexor muscle last week. Ate a little to much yesterday. Looking for friends to talk with and some motivation please feel free to add me. I live alone and really have no support. Let's do this :)

Macros question
Are the macros percentages that my fitness pal has need to be adjusted at all? I have never tweaked mine. My diary is open if anyone could please take a look and see if they are correct.

Advice on weights
I want to get some dumbbells and a aerobic step to add to my workout. I'm not sure what weight I should start with? I saw a set of 3,5 & 8lb at walmart for $35. I can't use a bar weights because I have a plate on my collarbone so I can't lift really heavy or over my head.

My neighbor's roommate left one at his house and he was gonna throw it away. He gave it to but don't have the books or anything. Wondering if anyone could give me some ideas plz?
