Your BMI is: 29.4
Your BMR is: 1592
Your TDEE is: 2189 calories
I have my activity level set to active and my fitbit flex synced with MFP I am trying to lose 59lbs. I am also starting to do intermittent fasting 5:2 for a month to give it a try. Should I eat my tdee or bmr on non fasting days? And should I eat my exercise calories back on non fasting days? I average around 13000 - 20000 steps a day at work. I would appreciate if someone could take a look for me

You should take a cut of your TDEE (ex, TDEE-20%, which would give you ~1750 cals)
If your setting is on active, you don't need to eat back your exercise cals because it's already determined in the calculation.0 -
Thank you so much!0
