  • L3 Day 1 done today. Not sure how I felt about it!!!
  • Day 5 of L2 for me today. I increased my weights for some of the exercises. Feeling a burn! Noticed I am all of the sudden so hungry all of the time!! I think maybe my metabolism is speeding up (fingers crossed!)
  • I do each level around 6 times before I move to the next level and I find that I can pretty much make it through the whole thing without stopping by day 6 so keep it up!!! (P.S. don't ask me how much I can make it through on day 1....haha!:blushing: )
  • How did you like 30 DS? I heard it's a little easier then RI30. Trying to convince my mom to give Jilliam Michael's videos a go but wondering if I should recommend DS first?!?
  • I really believe in this workout. I saw (minor) results the first week! The key so far has been working out even when I'm sore.
  • I feel like I have to have a well laid plan or it's too easy to make excuses!! :happy:
  • New wardrobe, zapping my spider veins, professional teeth whitening. Weird stuff!!! Things I have been wanting to do but always feel guilty spending the money!:smile:
