Tell her you lost YOUR phone and have a critical call you need to make - take the phone and go buy the other one. If she wants the phone back before you get the texts, tell her you left the phone at your office and you have to go get it. hmmmmm :glasses:

I just got the regular model ($35 bucks, ouch!) at office max. I wear it on my left arm, near wrist, so i can see it while i run. Big suggestion, wear a sweatband or something between your phone & your arm. I don't sweat too bad, but did some and read where several folks fried their iPhone with sweat (one guy was so sweaty…

There are usually two things you can try to do to head this off. First - if you are hungry, your body wants something. This usually means that you need to eat more of the 'right' foods. This could be more veggies to get vitamins/minerals, more bread to fill you up, more protein to hold you longer. Best advice is…

Did you know that you can make your food log and exercise log public so we can see it? It is in the settings. If you want us to look at what you are eating, open it up and let us know. We'll see if that helps shed light on this mystery. My guess is you are doing fine, or not eating enough! Good Luck - and Don't Give Up !!…

Know it sounds crazy, but have you tried eating MORE? It could be you are not eating enough & your body is holding onto the reserves that you are trying to shed. When you put your info in MFP, are you under your total calorie count for the day? If you are on target, suggest cutting down on whatever the thing is you are…

I am in !! My goal was 25 pounds. But after I lost the first 15, I realized I was waaaayyyy out of control. So I think 30 is within range ... and who knows after that :) I weigh in on Friday mornings so I can have guilt-free weekends (I still watch, but I have the whole week at work to 'be good' - it is a good routine time…

If you want it - you can reach it. That is certainly an attainable goal, but you will have to be vigilant and determined. Look at what you are eating now, and what exercise you are doing. Then just start logging and let MFP help you 'see' where you can improve. Remember to 'eat back' your calories or you will get tired and…

Question - do you guys really do a specific week workout for 7 days before you move to the next week, or do you do it 7 times (maybe longer than a calendar week), or do you do it until you are ready to move on (bored or accomplished)?

We camped every night for 6 nights. The campsites along the way are in excellent shape. The only place we went off-trail to camp was at Antietam - there was a detour because the trail washed out. So we went into town and found 'Nutters' - the absolute BEST ice cream in the world. We had done about 80 miles at that point…

I just finished 185 miles down the C&O Canal trail from Cumberland MD to Georgetown VA  Went with my youngest son & the boy scouts (18 boys). Wonderful weather, rain at night, mud in the am - made for 'air conditioning' on the 'underside' (if ya know what I mean). We had to wash the bikes twice because the mud…
