L1 D4...got half way through and gave up, my knees hurt too much :( am also running 2-3 times per week which I've started recently so I don't know if that's putting too much strain on them :/

Thanks for all the lunch ideas, I really appreciate it. I think I'll try to get back into making my lunch the night before whilst I'm cooking dinner, cos grabbing something at Tesco invariably ends up with a sandwich, chocolate bar....can of coke....

I did 3 days on the attack phase and lost about 4lb, and then have been eating protein & veg for the last 3 days and now weigh about 5.5lb less than this time last week. I like it because exactly as people have already said, it is helping me to break my sugar/carb habit, and I don't feel hungry outside of mealtimes…

I have a very similar situation with a friend who laughed at me when I said I was serious about losing some weight. OK, I 'only' need to lose 10lb, but I know that for me, I fall easily down slippery slopes and I'd like to do somehting about it before it gets out of hand. Congrats for the 20lb you've lost, excellent work :D
