I've been doing keto for the last 2 weeks. I did manage to lose a few pounds. I find it easier than normal calorie restriction. I simply avoid sugar, bread, pasta, and rice. I have noticed mid-cycle spotting since I started exercising in January. Its so minor I don't worry about it but will mention it next Dr's appointment.

I stopped taking it because it made me incontinent (leaking pee) and sometimes constipated because it dehydrated me. Plus, some days I think my electrolytes would be off and I would have a mental fog. I was only on it for 3 months.

I'm on the lowest strength liquid. I was thinking about buying "no nicotine" liquid and mixing it with the low liquid to make it even lower and eventually wean myself off nicotine altogether.

I quit smoking last March by switching to vaping. I still get some nicotine but without all the other nasty chemicals. I could also breathe better from day one plus no more smoke odors and ashes. Maybe consider trying that.

I quit taking it recently because I couldn't deal with the side effects (constipation, peeing every 5 minutes). Glad its working for you though.

I was just sick of feeling lazy and tired. I started working from home a year ago and I gained 40 pounds during that time. I realized that I better do something to reverse that trend or I was going to be in big trouble sooner or later.
