I am with you on this one. I too, get the comments of "you don't need to lose weight" or "you're skinny enough". I know that I have a ways to go. I am 5'6" and 168 currently. I also live in San Antonio (one of Americas fattest cities). Therefore, just because the norm here is "fat", doesn't mean I have to be the norm.

I like the stationary bike as well (my knees can bother me if I do too much on the treadmill). I like the encouragement that MFP gives me by telling me how many calories I burned (yes, it is sometimes greater than what the machine says). I am an RN working 7p-7a 3-4 shifts a week. I make sure to get up around 3pm and go straight to the gym. Then a quick health supper. I have no energy after work. I fall right asleep when I get home.

You can do this! We all can, if we stick together. We have to find our own strength and sometimes that is hard. I'll send you a friend request. I think the more the merrier because the motivate and encourage you.
