  • I won't eat at any restaurant.. fast food or sit down, if I can't find the nutritional information on the food they have. If I know I am going out to eat.. I look it up and plan my meal before I even get there. That way I don't have to look at the menu and be tempted, I already know what I am getting.
  • I think I heard through the grapevine that something called Asylum is coming out. I think it is supposed to be comparable to Insanity. Any confirmations on that, anyone? I do like the dancey stuff too....so when I do Insanity and P90X.. I turn down the TV volume and turn up my own music!

  • Flatout - 90 cals 1/4 cup contadina pizza sauce - 30 cals 1/4 cup mozzarella - 80 cals 200 cals total But add any veggies you want and I bet you don't hit 300 cals.

  • Simple.. stop buying sweets. Don't buy anything that you shouldn't be eating and bring it into your home. If it's not there.. you can't eat it!

  • Haha.. I do like core but added in with other things not just it by itself. I do like ABX and Cardio Abs. This is just basically ab workouts standing and with resistance bands.. then on the floor with resistance bands. To me it is basically a soft ab workout. Insanity Cardio Abs and ABX are both harder and more challenging…
  • I agree set your activity level to active. Since it is your job and you do it almost everyday, your body is used to it and won't register as actualy exercise.

  • Polar F6 or F7 around 100 bucks Bodybugg - around 200 plus monthly online fee Sportline at Walmart around 30 bucks. I know people who use one of these 3 and have good things to say about it I use the Polar F6 - I like it, no problems.
