My fiance and I spend around 130 to 180 a week on food. Just depends on what we need. We also have a dog so he gets food once a month and treats once a week as well. I really think we would spend less but he isn't changing some of his eating habits.. so there are usually things in the cart that I would rather not be there…

I don't eat back all of my exercise calories either. I always try to leave a buffer, however my calorie goal is set to 1200... so I am stuck between a rock and hard place considering I have to eat them all back to get back to 1200. So far my weight loss has been consistant, I just need to closely watch my recipes now.

Just checked my recipe for tomorrow's dinner.. it was less on MFP than what the cookbook stated. So either way they aren't adding up. Thanks for the responses.. I am definitely creating all my recipes on here now since I cook from scratch.

I checked the servings.. even if I cut some out.. doesn't add up. I am going to just add my recipes myself from now on so I know!!

What I find interesting about this is that when you are on your food page and you have a 1200 calorie goal.. and only eat 1198 you will get that message that you might go into starvation mode. Net calories do not show up there... so if you eat 1200 and exercise and burn 300 you only had 900 net... but that food page won't…

Hummus and veggies, laughing cow cheese and TLC Crackers, Salsa and pita chips. Those would be my favorites. So sorry about the Ravens.. BAHAHAHAH GO STEELERS!!!! =)

I try to check once a month. On my phone app it says the last time they were on. If it has been 2 months or more.. DELETE!

3 days strength train 3 days cardio. At least 30 minutes of cardio on cardio days.

I have a 32 oz water bottle. i take it to work.. by the time I am home it is gone. I refill for my workout, and by the time that is over it is gone. Refill again and drink more til I go to bed. I drink water with every mean practically as well.

lol no problem. But just to clarify.. yes it is worth it. I love it! I will always find some dvd's bleh in these types of situations. There are p90x and insanity dvds that I don't care for as well, but love the other ones. When I decide to do a P90X/Insanity/TF hybrid i am going to have a blast since I will customize it…

I workout everyday.. Monday thru Sunday. However on Sunday which is supposed to be my rest day.. I usually just go on my elliptical. I feel guilty and lazy if I don't do something everyday lol. I am addicted =)

I went down one cup size since I started my journey. So from 191 to 148ish.. I went down one, from D to C. Bought two new bras.. VS was having their semi annual sale! SCORE! When I was at 130 (which is my goal weight.. I was still a C.. don't think I will lose much more)

Just go for it. The first time I ever did any of the BB programs.. I decided to START with a p90x/Insanity Hybrid. I may have to modify some things.. but I just went for it!
